How long does it take to hire someone?

The timeline for filling a position through EPG or any recruiting service can vary, depending on the complexity of the role, the number of candidates to screen, and other outside factors. We will work closely with you to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process. Recently, a client came to EPG with a position that was open for 7 months. EPG hit the ground running and submitted the hired candidate to them 10 days later. This type of result cannot be guaranteed but we can guarantee we will move as quickly as possible.

How much do your services cost?

For direct placement positions, EPG typically charges a percentage of the candidate’s first-year salary. For contract positions, we charge a fee on top of the candidate’s wages. Scheduling a short introduction call with us is a good way for us to learn about your specific needs so that we can provide you with an accurate fee structure.

We seek to understand your company’s culture and values by reviewing your website and learning more through our intake call. We then use our extensive experience to incorporate questions that will give us a better understanding of the candidate and how they might be a fit. How do you attract candidates who are not actively seeking new job opportunities?

An important part of our intake call is identifying your unique value proposition and why a candidate should want to join your company. A crucial part of our partnership is seeing ourselves as an extension of your company and selling recruits on what your best qualities are.

How do you build long-term relationships with your clients to ensure that you understand changing recruitment needs and can provide ongoing support?

Relationships are important to us at EPG. We don’t work with a million different companies. We work with a select few where we can build a long lasting partnership. Over time, we build a deep database and knowledge of your company which ensures your every recruiting need is fulfilled.

How do you manage the recruitment process for multiple companies simultaneously, and what measures do you take to avoid conflicts of interest?

As a client, you will work directly with a founding member at EPG for account management. We avoid conflicts of interest by only working with one client for each particular product or service group. For example, if you build motors for EVs, we will not work with another EV motor company while we work with you. Partnerships are all about loyalty and staying true to our clients.

How do you measure the effectiveness of your recruitment strategy, and what metrics do you use to evaluate success?

We love metrics and KPIs. Using this data gives us a competitive advantage in finding the right candidates in the shortest amount of time. We use this information to also let our clients know when they need to improve their recruitment process in order to land the best talent. We don’t see ourselves simply as a recruiter, we see ourselves as a partner and advisor to you.
